The game

Steer, drift, boost

The throttle is automatic: you handle the steering, the drifts and the items. Build up turbo in the corners, let it go on the straights with one tap and keep your rivals behind you.

Drift into turbo

  • Drift through corners to charge your turbo, then release it on the straights.
  • Simple touch controls: left and right, DRIFT and TURBO.
  • Quick races of two or three laps that fit into any break.

Five surprise items

  • Surprise boxes on the track give you spikes, oil, a rocket, a shield or a speed boost.
  • Slow your rivals down, protect yourself and grab the lead back.

Race online

  • Quick Race matches you with players near your level; bots fill the empty seats.
  • Ranked opens at level 3: seven leagues from Bronze to Champion, six-week seasons and season badges.
  • Friend rooms: share a room code to race up to four friends, switch items off and greet each other with quick messages.

The Coast track

  • Town streets, a stone bridge, a shortcut, a small jump and boost pads on the harbour straight.
  • Solo races against three bots work without an internet connection.

Before you race

  • Free, no ads

    KartRacer has no ads and no in-app purchases.

  • Privacy

    No sign-up: online play uses an anonymous player ID. Your nickname and season score appear on the league table. Read the privacy policy.

  • Devices

    Android 8.0 or later, iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later.

  • Status

    KartRacer is in closed testing on Google Play and TestFlight. More tracks are on the way.
