How do I restore my purchases?
Permanent items, such as Remove ads and the Starter pack, belong to your Google Play account or Apple ID. Open Settings › Privacy in the game and tap Restore purchases. Cash packs are added to your balance right away and cannot be restored later.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings › Language. Auto follows your device language; you can also pick English or Turkish.
How do I change my privacy choices?
Open Settings › Privacy. You can turn usage statistics and personalised ads on or off at any time. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Ad privacy options opens Google's consent form.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No, you can play offline. Ads, purchases and analytics you agreed to need a connection.
An ad does not load. Is something wrong?
Sometimes there is simply no ad to show. Rewarded ads are always optional, and the game works the same without them.
My progress is gone after reinstalling.
Your progress is saved on your device, not on our servers. If Android backup or iCloud Backup is on, it may come back when you reinstall. Otherwise it cannot be recovered.
How do I delete my data?
On Android, clear the app's storage in Settings › Apps › Car Wash Empire › Storage. On iPhone and iPad, delete the app. To have analytics data deleted, email us. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds follow the store's rules, so please ask Google Play or Apple. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

How can I join the test?
Email us the address you use on Google Play or TestFlight and we will add you to the test group.
Do I need an account?
No. When you are online the game creates an anonymous player ID for you. Your profile and league score are linked to it; no e-mail or password is needed.
Can I play without internet?
Yes. Solo races against three bots work offline. Quick Race, Ranked and friend rooms need a connection.
How do I change my nickname?
Open the profile page from the main menu and edit your nickname. It is shown to other players on the league table and on your kart in online races, so you do not need to use your real name.
How do I delete my profile?
On the profile page, tap PROFİLİ SİL (delete profile) and confirm; this needs an internet connection. You can also email us with the nickname and score shown on the league page and we will delete your profile and league entry. Details are in the privacy policy.
